History: There isn’t much known about Evil Foo. (Yes, her fist name is actually “Evil” – it’s not a title!) The only thing known about Evil Foo is that she’s apparently extremely deadly. She claims to be the best assassin there is – or ever was. For that matter, she claims to be the best at everything. And if she isn’t the best – she will swear up and down that the other party is cheating.
Her primary weapon is a fiery whip. Whether it’s magical or not, is unknown. But if she is to be believed, it apparently houses a fiery demon within it that she can unleash and command – and that only her powerful will keeps this demon in check.
She carries an assortment of gadgets, weapons, poisons, scrolls, pens, papers, toiletries all around her belt.
