No, we’re not going to be doing a podcast version of Season 2. It’s two separate pieces of news…

First, I just wanted to thank Bryy! It would appear he was on a THE MOVIES fansite PODCAST, on a site called The Movies On Air. Apparently one of them who works with the site is actually a fan of NeN?! So I captured this off of Bryy’s journal:

And now a small update about Season 2… since I am itching to begin doing it. Season 2’s writing is nearly complete. We have about one or two more episodes to write – then we can begin filming and voicing – I have already built most of the maps needed for Season 2, so there shouldn’t be much delay after we finish off writing the last few episodes of Season 2!

I just wanted to also say thanks for all of you who have patiently waited for Season 2 to come along!

You can always head to our video page and download all of the episodes and comment on our forums (Season One and Season 2)… But just in case you don’t have a high speed connection to be downloading 30 to 60 meg files – we have also uploaded all of our episodes onto Youtube! And we’d love if you commented there, just as much! You can find all of our episodes on our Youtube Channel.

If you have already watched Neverending Nights – while we work on Season 3 – it’s the perfect time to lure your friends into watch it (and hopefully enjoying it!) Well, I finished the temp cover last night. So the front, back and side portion are all completed. Now it’s a matter to properly resizing them to be DVD Cover Fits. Then print them. Then get the DVDs from Adam – and ship’em off! So by this week (I hope), everyone’s DVD will be in the mail and bound for their new homes! The “real” cover will be shipped to all of you whenever Lindsay gets that portion done.

If you have ever played AD&D (Advanced Dungeons & Dragons) – namely, 2nd Edition (still my pers

onal favorite, but that’s neither here nor there) – you probably know who Tiamat is. Or if you have ever watched the Dungeons & Dragons Cartoon, you should remember who Tiamat is. If you’re a Dragonlance fan, you probably know her as Takhisis, the Queen of Darkness.

Regardless of being an old AD&D gamer, a Dragonlance fan, or a fan of the Dungeons & Dragons cartoon – you knew Tiamat, no matter her name, was someone not to be messed with. And she’s always been someone that I have always really enjoyed! Well, the folks of Paizo, along with Wizards of the Coast, seem to be giving her a huge push!

She’s being featured on the cover of the Art of Dragon Magazine, as well as the Dungeons & Dragons Minatures, and she also made the cover of this month’s Dragon Magazine. So I would definitely check those out. Or suffer the wrath that Tiamat delivers to your home.

In other news, Bioware is celebrating 3 million community members. 3 friggin’ million. And here we are at NeN with like 75, and only like 10 regular posters (and even that’s slowed down since we’re between seasons!) Also, the new Bloodspell Interview is up on the Bioware page – but most importantly, NeN is listed as one of the links at the bottom of the interview! Like I always say, they save the best for last! That’s my thinking!

And as for the E3 pictures – well finally got them – and realized I didn’t take nearly as many pictures as I had thought. There’s only like five that deal with Neverwinter Nights 2, then 3 pictures of Illidan (of Warcraft III fame), and then a few other scattered pictures.

So Adam’s working hard on adding more to Season 2… and we’re still shooting for a July 15th recording date to gather everyone (or as many as we can) to be there to record their lines – so we have the same mic quality, we can play off one another, and we won’t be waiting for people’s lines (or at least fewer people’s lines). We’re also working on some other things that we’re pretty excited about – more on that eventually. And of course, there’s the fact that I just dug my camera out of my car – and to my surprise – realized that I never published any of the pictures from E3 that I took – which includes photos of Neverwinter Nights 2 and what not. So I am hoping to get those uploaded tonight and I will share them on the forum.
