Neverending Nights

Neverending Daze 2 – Task of the Naysayer (Unreleased).

Once again, we had an agreement with Atari (like the original Neverending Daze) and got advance (beta) copies of the expansion “Mask of the Betrayer” – and they had asked us to whip together an episode. However, this time we were very short on time – and had to whip something up.

Well between Atari working on the expansion, and lots of confusion, this episode never got released on Atari’s site (that I am aware of). So while I was going through my hard drive – I found it and figured I’d release it.

The point of the video was to show case and talk about things that were going to be coming out with the new expansion. So you will see a lot of those things mentioned (and in some cases, shown) – including the Blue Dragon.

To give you an idea of when this was put together – the phrase, “Don’t tase me bro!” was fairly common. (How long has that been?)

Anyway, here it is. Out dated now, but still worth the view perhaps.

We here at NeverEnding Nights (Adam and Tom) would like to wish all of our loyal fans (sotc) a happy St. Valentines Day. We hope that you remember that this day with love and compassion… not the horrible (cool) bloodbath mafia hit that took place on this (hallmark) wonderful holiday. I hope (could care less) that you can share this day with someone that you love (tolerate).

Well, at long last – the break is over. What? It’s BEEN over? Well, first you guys complained that we were pumping out the episodes too fast – and now you whine that we’re taking too long?

We certainly have a fickle set of fans (that’s all four of you out there!)

Ok, I have officially started working on the season 2 DVD. Neverending Nights Season 2: The Season that came in Second. This year’s DVD will be packed with special features, extra content, a audio track, and of course the second season. Preorders for NEN Season 2 will start sometime in February. Keep looking. All four of you.

Next we move onto something huge…. Season 3 will introduce a new character… you! That’s right we are going to hold a contest for a new player in the NEN universe. One that you make, the rules are simple….

1. The character must be made with only the following expansions –
Neverending Nights and the official expansions
The latest version of the CEP (community expansion pack)
2. We must be able to recreate the character in the game, the character must be a humanoid.
3. You must have a backstory, It dosent have to be a novel (Wizard Weatherwax)
4. The character(s) can NOT be directly or indirectly related to either Peter or Grayson (but anyone else is up for fair game!)

That’s it… Now for the prizes!

1. You get a character in Season 3 of NEN. He or She will be a player in the cast. along the same lines as Poppy the salt vendor.
2. You get the only autographed copy of the Season 2 script. This is the script that we all read our lines off during the recording. All of the cast signed the cast page with the exception of Evil Foo. She is dead so exhuming the body was cost prohibitive.

Ok so get to work on your NEN characters… you are allowed to submit only two characters each and we are looking for characters that best embellish the NEN world.

The official submission thread is HERE. Go there. Read it. Now. Don’t ask questions. Just read it. If you still have a question. Still don’t ask. Because we probably don’t have an answer. If you INSIST on asking a question (or more bothersome – QuestionS, as in plural) – do so in the I have a goddam question! thread for the contest.

Now for beyond… well we are still working on that…. Gimme a break!
