Question About the new NEVERWINTER game by Cryptic Studios & Atari?

With the announcement of a new NEVERWINTER game this time by Cryptic Studio and Atari – my mind is full of questions about what they plan for the game! I have already reached out to Cryptic Studios – and almost immediately they responded and agreed to do an online interview with me to address some of my questions! In an attempt to be considerate, I have gathered every piece of information I could find about the new game so that I don’t repeat any questions that had previous been asked! Both on our Facebook page and on our own forum, I am asking folks to submit their own questions and I will ask them if I am able!

Could Neverending Nights… see a Season Four?

Thank you to Erin Bournival for bringing this to my attention!

Ladies and gentlemen… Please visit: http://www.playneverwinter.com/

Though scheduled only for a PC release in late 2011, the press release calls Neverwinter a “multi-platform” event with various tie-ins — for example, a book trilogy penned by author R.A. Salvatore and a new tabletop RPG from D&D creator, Wizards of the Coast.

Look for Salvatore’s first book in the trilogy, Gauntlgrym, on October 5.

Neverending Nights – Episode 56: “Funkafied!” – AVAILABLE!

Neverending Nights – Episode 56: “Funkafied!” This episode features another very special guest to me. This one is Greg Johnson. You may be asking yourself, “Who is Greg Johnson?” Well let me educate you in the ways of Greg Johnson’s Funkafied Fame! Greg Johnson is one half of the team that made the incredible series, “Toejam & Earl.” To say the outlandish humor and zanniness of this game was beyond amazing would be an understatement! I remember spending days on this game, especially with my good friends Tammy & Chuck Stevens! Greg is an extremely busy person, but he took a moment out of his hectic schedule to lend us a voice when I asked! I can’t thank Greg enough for doing this! So sit back and prepare to be Funkafied!

Episode 56 is available for download if you head to our video page. While you’re there, feel free to download all of the episodes you might be missing (and check for alternate versions of recent episodes!) And don’t forget to post the link on twitter, facebook, myspace, or whatever else you might use to get the word about Neverending Nights out there!

Neverending Nights – Episode 55: “All Time ‘Lowe'” – AVAILABLE!

Neverending Nights, Episode 55: “All Time ‘Lowe'” is available!

This is perhaps one of the most special episodes of the entire series. Al Lowe honored me by accepting a role in the series. If you’re not familiar with who Al Lowe is, your life is missing a great piece. Al Lowe developed Leisure Suit Larry, Torin’s Passage, Freddy Pharkas, among of other games. It is without question or doubt, that I believe, had it not been for Al Lowe (and Sierra Online, at the time) I would have never developed the (odd?) sense of humor I have now, nor would I have ever gotten into computer games.

This episode means a lot to me because my childhood icon, who has proved that he’s just a normal human, like the rest of us, and still an amazing person – honored me greatly with this episode.

I could spend the rest of my days saying thanks to Al Lowe, and it’d never be enough.

But just for the record – thanks for everything Al Lowe.

Head to our video page to download Episode 55 (as well as the alternate version, while it lasts!)
