Neverending Bonus Content!

Neverending Nights

We loved doing what we were doing. There was no denying that. When we started this – neither of us thought it would last more than five episodes before we figured it’d be too much work, or that we would run out of ideas – or something. But then, this thing lasted for over nine years! In that time, we had so much fun creating – not only the series, but the silly little bonus things that we did. Things like NeN Live – in which we acted as Peter and Grayson while we were out on our camping trip; the first Q&A I: NeN Style we did, which was a lot of fun and very random! There was also our 2005 Submission, which got us Props from Paul (who manages and runs the entire Machimima event – though these days, I hear he got himself a job at Bioware, which is pretty awesome!) We even considered pulling a “George Lucas” and doing a Episode 1 Special Edition?

There’s a wide assortment of madness to be found on the Bonus Page.

Neverending Daze Videos.

Neverending Daze was a project that began when we were contacted by members of OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT, who were working on Neverwinter Nights 2. They contracted Adam and I to begin making promotional Machinima pieces to promote the release of Neverwinter Nights 2. Adam and I went to the OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT offices in Los Angeles and met with several of the game designers and signed an NDA and were given copies of the game (very, very, very early copies). They essentially gave us free reign to do whatever we wanted – but Adam and I agreed we wanted to use this to showcase various things about Neverwinter Nights 2 (after all, it was for promotional purposes) and try to make it funny. We hammered out several concepts before I began writing the episodes – in which the same characters would appear in each episode; but each episode was to stand on its own (rather than an ongoing story). We wanted it to be something similar to “Neverending Nights” (our major work!) – and eventually came up with “Neverending Daze” (which was a play on words of our original series “Neverending Nights” – since we came up with “Neverending Days” and switched “Days” to “Daze” and it really sealed the deal for the name)!

Neverending Nights Videos.

If you’re reading this, hopefully you know what this site is about. A comedy series of two, would-be heroes named Peter the Ranger and Grayson the Fighter – off to find fame and fortune… so they never have to pay for another beer again!

Each season of this series is 21 episodes.

In Season One, the would-be heroes get the idea that they should go kill a dragon (because that sounds easy, right?) to become rich and famous!

In Season 1, our heroes get a map from their good friend, Pawl the Dorf and begin following it. The map, as they quickly discover is not a very good map. Almost immediately, the dynamic duo gets lost and ends up in the town of Galana, where they meet a few interesting people like Poppy the Salt Vendor and Alan the Astounding. From there, they venture on and meet Amiee the Armorer, as well as their good friend, Pawl the Dorf who ends up joining them on their quest. By the end of the first season, they discover the location of a dragon – but, things are not always what they seem to be!

In Season Two, they discover that the dragon isn’t evil – and actually gives the two would-be heroes another quest – to go save a maiden in distress!

Things begin to escalate rapidly for our heroes. They’re unaware that a lethal assassin is after them (who is also accompanied by a rambling mage). Pawl the Dorf meets an untimely ending; but that’s not the end. (Does that make sense?) Grayson discovers that his sword is able to speak with him telepathically – and by the end of this season, they find another dragon. Unfortunately, this one is indeed evil and quite powerful!

As if matters couldn’t get worse, in Season 3 our heroes awaken in a jail cell, not even entirely sure how they ended up there.

After a moment, they recall that Grayson rushed the evil, red dragon and struck it with his magical sword – which caused an explosion, knocking them both unconscious, and apparently slaying the Red Dragon. The duo is rescued by Amiee the Armorer, who they met before – and soon, the Crimson Draco Legion is hot on their tail! Now the sword must be reforged – and yet again, by the end of this season – our heroes encounter one final dragon – the most evil of all the dragons – the fabled Dragon of Silverlake – and they discover the rumors of it being alive or dead – are all true! But how?

Neverending Nights Character Profiles.

It wasn’t enough that we just make this series, about these weird, unusual, and often quite quirky characters – no, we also had to write up character profiles for them.

Alan The AmazingAlbert The GoblinAmiee The ArmorerAndrea The AssassinThe BartenderBob The GoblinCharlie The GoblinChristin The Chambermaid

That’s a very small sample of the character profiles available. There’s over 30 profiles available to read, dealing both with Neverending Nights as well as the Neverending Daze series!

Be Advised: If you have not watched the Neverending Nights series yet (Season One, Season Two and Season Three) – it is HIGHLY recommended you do not read the profiles, as they may contain MASSIVE spoilers about the series! (So watch the episodes first – then come back and check out the profiles! And don’t forget to tell your friends and family to watch them too!)

You can read the character profiles on the – surprise! – Character Profile Page! (We’re ingenious when it comes to naming these pages, right?)

The Neverending Nights Cast.

Neverending Nights

Neverending Nights was created by Adam Freese and Tawmis Logue, while the two of them were supposed to be paying attention to a Safety Meeting.

The series was always meant to include their closest friends, such as Paul Molina (who works with Sony developing the MMO EverQuest), Poppy Fitch, Mario and Bethany Garcia, among many others!

By Season Two, they had gathered enough recognition, that they were recruiting people that they knew from various online outlets. When the decision was made to end Neverending Nights with Season 3, they also included Al Lowe (who made the Leisure Suit Larry series published by Sierra Online), Greg Johnson (who was one half of the team that made the Toejam and Earl trilogy), as well as good friend, and legendary artist, Lindsay Archer (who worked with Margret Weis Productions, doing art for the Firefly, Supernatural and Dragonlance RPG books).

There are two characters, whose voice actors were replaced (Andrea the Assassin), and Alan the Astounding (the entire character was replaced!) with Daniel the Destructive. And there is only one episode in which Tawmis and Adam have no speaking part – at all! You can find out who did all these voices and where they appeared by checking out the casting page! The casting page also includes the episodes of Neverending Daze, in which they were contracted by Atari to create a machinima series to promote the release of Neverwinter Nights 2.
